Catch broken campaign links before your audience does.

Send a test campaign to your own inbox, then upload that received email. Campaign Recheck checks safe links, redirects, remote images and campaign tracking, then shows exactly what needs attention before launch.

A perfect draft can still become a broken email.

Tracking wrappers, template variables and last-minute URL changes can alter a campaign after the editor preview. The final test email is the closest thing to what your audience will click.

01

Send yourself a test

Use the same campaign, links and email-platform settings planned for the real send.

02

Save the received original

Download the original email file from your inbox so it preserves the final links and tracking added by your email platform.

03

Upload and review

Campaign Recheck checks that received test and shows exact failures, redirects, tracking warnings and protected actions. A report only describes the received file you uploaded.

04

Fix in your sending platform

Correct the campaign in the platform where you created it; Campaign Recheck does not edit the campaign for you.

05

Send a fresh test and recheck

Send the updated campaign to your inbox, save the newly received original and check it again before approval.

Every finding leads to one of three actions.

Canonical resource states remain visible, while the next decision stays plain: no action, review manually or fix before approval.

A

No action

Healthy public resources completed without a warning.

B

Review manually

Warning, Inconclusive, Blocked or Protected evidence needs a person to decide what happens next.

C

Fix before approval

Broken destinations need a sender-side correction, followed by a fresh test and recheck.

Save the email that reached your inbox.

Choose the app where your campaign test arrived. The saved original preserves the final links and tracking added by your email platform; its filename usually ends in .eml.

Gmail on a computer

Open the email → More → Download message. Use the downloaded .eml file.

Outlook on the web

Open the message → More actions → Download. Use the downloaded .eml file.

Apple Mail on Mac

Select the message → File → Save As → Raw Message Source. This creates an .eml file.

If your menu differs, create your workspace and open Help before uploading.

The checker knows when not to check.

Public destinations get bounded requests. Private networks, credentials and links that can change account state do not.

Action links stay untouchedUnsubscribe, preference, purchase and approval links are shown but not requested.
Login and reset stay untouchedCredential and account-recovery destinations are protected from automated requests.
Private networks stay blockedDNS, IP and every redirect hop must pass the public-network policy.
Evidence stays boundedNo browser execution, cookies, response-body storage or hidden authenticated session.

No email engineering required.

What is an original email file?

It is a saved copy of the single test email that reached your inbox, including the final links and tracking added by your email platform. Its filename usually ends in .eml. Campaign Recheck shows Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail instructions before upload.

Why not check the draft inside my email platform?

The received message captures the link wrappers, redirects and tracking values present after your email platform processed the campaign.

Does Campaign Recheck test deliverability or rendering?

No. It does not predict inbox placement, spam filtering or pixel-perfect rendering across email clients. It checks links, redirects, remote images and deterministic campaign tracking.

Will it click unsubscribe, login or purchase links?

No. Sensitive and action-bearing destinations are identified, labeled for human review and never requested automatically.

Give every campaign one last check.

Create a workspace, check the email that reached your inbox, fix the campaign in your sending platform, then send a fresh test, save the newly received original and check it again before approval.
